Synthesis has successfully organised and completed a series of training sessions covering its clients’ most needed and not well known tasks/ requirements. The objective is to train their company’s staff to work more efficiently and effectively by taking advantage of all the tools and processes offered by our software. The training sessions took place at Synthesis offices training room between April and June 2010 followed by additional sessions organised between October and November 2010.

These training sessions were mainly focused on our Accounting and ERP systems. Emphasis was given to specific areas mostly covering requests coming from our clients. We tried to organise these training sessions by classifying our customers by industry and therefore common needs. Our customers were very excited since they have filled up their gaps and they believe that their productivity will be increased.
