SynPlus Crushing/Asphalt/Batching Plant (CAB) is a multi-purposes system fully integrated with other Synthesis systems (Accounting, Job Costing, Stock Control). Waybills and Invoices entered through this module directly update Synplus Accounting, Job Costing and Stock Control systems. Notions like recipes are used when operating as an Asphalt or Concrete plant and directly create issue documents for the related raw materials.
SynPlus CAB maintains clients/own vehicle information (driver, unladen weight) defaulted at the time of issuing the waybill. The issuing computer can be linked to the ‘weighing machine’ for direct update of the waybill with the gross weight of the truck. Invoices are created on a touch of a button summarising waybills by items and defaulting prices from predefined price lists.
Invoices and Waybills related reports (lists, statistics, transactions analysis) are available for any range of period/dates. Existing document designs may be modified by the users to cover company’s specific requirements.
Synthesis SynPlus Workshop/Garage
SynPlus Workshop/Garage system can be used to maintain Work Orders (repair orders) against Plant Items (own or third party vehicles), Contracts, Customers or even Nominal Ledger accounts (Fixed Assets, Stock, etc). It is fully integrated with other Synthesis systems (Accounting, Job Costing, Stock Control and Plant Costing). Supplier Invoices and other documents entered through this module directly update the SynPlus Accounting. In the other hand, Stock Issue documents are automatically retrieved against matching work orders. Whenever a work order is completed, the system generates the appropriate documents (internal and/or external) and updates all related modules (Accounting, Plant Costing, Job Costing).
SynPlus Workshop/Garage maintains a plant/vehicle database (clients/own) along with related service history. Charges/Expenses may be grouped by categories/sub-categories giving a more detail analysis on all available enquiries, reports and documents (modified by the user if necessary).
Synthesis SynPlus Plant Costing
SynPlus Plant Costing is a complete system for the management of the Plant department of an organisation. It can operate independently or integrated with SynPlus systems (Accounting, Job Costing, Workshop, Stock Control). All documents entered through this system directly update the SynPlus Accounting. In the other hand, Stock Issue documents (fuel, consumables) automatically debit the plant department with related costs. As noted above Plant department related work orders are automatically interfaced with this system. Income documents are either input manually (multitude of charging rates are maintained against each plant item; working rates, idle rates, standby, etc) or imported from text/excel files. Furthermore, income transactions for plant items that directly charge specific contracts are created automatically. Owning cost expenses are also created automatically based on the number of hours that each plant has worked/operated during the period.
SynPlus Plant Costing maintains a plant/vehicle database (own) with charging rates and other plant related data (make, category, chassis number, engine number, etc). If needed, a more detail analysis of the rates (sub-rates) are kept and processed by the system. A plant item operates for the company’s own contracts or a third party account (client). In all cases the system automatically generates debit documents (internal and/or external) which are immediately interfaced with other SynPlus systems.
